Company history
F.lli NORIO was born in 1959 as a manufacturer of small machines for the working of knives. The construction of these machine, among which we would like to recall the eccentric press for punching metals, grew steadily until the early eighties, when the company turned its attention to the precision mechanical working.
The company today
Today F.lli NORIO performs mechanical workings such as lathing, milling and grinding as well as working of single pieces or small and medium lots of components, for example rollers, rotors, shafts, gears, dies and various kinds of spare parts, working both for complete as well as partial supplies.
The company uses highly skilled labor, with years of experience in the field, as well as advanced machinery and high precision, high productivity equipment. Among these, there is a metrological room equipped with a measurement machine and with instruments necessary for any kind of dimensional check.
F.lli NORIO has been certified since year 2000, and today hold a ISO 9001:2015 Certification, which testifies to its reliability form both an organizational and qualitative point of view.
Over the years the company has always followed a policy based on customer satisfaction through continuous investment in new technology; this has led to the fact that F.lli NORIO is well-known for its flexibility, the quality of its products and the respect of delivery times, thus guaranteeing a reliable and competitive service.

Quality Policy
The management of F.lli NORIO attributes strategic importance to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and therefore requires maximum commitment from everyone.
The management of F.lli NORIO:
• defines, formalizes and keeps updated this Quality Policy, based on the full involvement of all staff in satisfying customer expectations in the best possible way, while scrupulously respecting the applicable laws and regulations,
• establishes and issues, from time to time, in application of the Quality Policy, the objectives to be achieved, having general validity or specific for individual processes or functions,
• defines the organizational structure and ensures the availability of resources, both human and material, and adequate infrastructure to achieve the set objectives,
• subjects the System to periodic reviews, according to predetermined methods and times,
The objective of obtaining maximum customer satisfaction translates into an offer that respects the principles of:
• providing products that meet the requests and expectations of customers and interested parties,
• production flexibility and experience, to meet specific needs,
• maintaining a competitive quality-price ratio, always guaranteeing product quality,
• maintaining delivery times agreed with customers.
The Company is committed to pursuing quality in all phases of each process, where every employee is involved in achieving the objectives.
Management periodically verifies that this Policy is appropriate to the company's purposes and context, implemented and shared at every level of the organization by establishing objectives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
On 07-16-2024, the update of our ISO9001 certificate was issued for a further three-year period, during which an update of the standard will come into force that will include significant references to Climate Change. From now on, we will begin to include in our risk and opportunity assessments aspects that consider this Climate Change that cannot be avoided.
This historical moment in which climate change is a component, is a period in which wars, economic and otherwise, are putting the global economy in great difficulty and consequently also that of F.lli NORIO, to which the company management must try to respond with the means at their disposal, namely to increasingly build loyalty with historical customers, giving them an even more attentive, qualitative and punctual service if possible. It is also essential to look for new business opportunities compatible with the company size and therefore with the consequent capabilities, trying where possible to continue with the processing of articles on a contract work basis, which allows F.lli NORIO a low economic exposure in the purchase of raw materials.
A fundamental part is the training and involvement of personnel so that all workers can increase their skills and consequently find us ready for the new challenges that the market will pose in the coming years.
